The Moscow Electric Engineering Plant Commemorating the Revolution of 1905 is a subsidiary of Crosna Group of companies. Being one of the oldest industrial enterprises in Moscow, the plant specialises in manufacturing electric motors, generators and equipment for many sectors.
Supplying new electrical equipment and spare parts for the overhaul of city public transport (trams, trolleybuses and above all metro) is of top priority for the plant. In the past 3 years, the plant has successfully developed necessary spare parts for 81-814/817 stock trains, КР-117М traction motors and new generation КРА-280 traction asynchronous motor for AC type of trains.
There are over 1,000 workers in the Moscow Electric Engineering Plant.
